Plans and Pricing

How Assembley's plans are structured at a high level, what tends to differ between them, and where to find current pricing — including premium options like electronic ID verification.

Choosing a plan comes down to matching Assembley's capabilities to how your organisation runs assemblies. This article explains how to think about plans at a high level and where to find the current, authoritative numbers.

Where to find current pricing

Prices and plan contents change over time, so this article deliberately doesn't quote figures. For the current plans, inclusions, and prices, see the pricing page — it is the authoritative source. Use this article to understand what to look for; use the pricing page for the specifics.

What tends to differ between plans

While the exact structure is on the pricing page, the kinds of things that typically distinguish plans are:

  • Scale — how many assemblies, voters, or participants you run.
  • Identity assurance — whether higher-assurance electronic ID verification (such as MitID) is included; this is a premium capability over the baseline email passcode. See Identity Verification Levels.
  • Support and onboarding — the level of help available.

Match these to your reality: a small association running an annual meeting has different needs from a company running frequent, high-stakes, regulated votes.

Premium options

Some capabilities are add-ons rather than part of every plan. The clearest example is electronic ID verification, which raises identity assurance for high-stakes meetings and is offered as a premium option. If a strong, government-grade identity check matters for your decisions, factor that into your plan choice. See Identity Verification Levels.

Choosing well

A practical approach:

  1. Estimate your volume — how many assemblies and voters per year.
  2. Decide your assurance needs — is the email passcode sufficient, or do you need electronic ID?
  3. Consider support — how much hand-holding you want for your first meetings.
  4. Check the pricing page for the plan that fits.

Managing your subscription
